You will find a disabled toilet in the New Residence in the ticket office area and another in the courtyard of the Old Court on the opposite side of the "Domplatz".
The entrance hall (with ticket office and museum shop) can be reached barrier-free via a separate entrance door in the inner courtyard; during opening hours, access is possible with a "Euro key".

Regular guided tours in the New Residence
A tactile model on Domplatz enables also visually impaired people to to get a better idea of the shapes, structures and dimensions of the historical buildings on the Domberg, such as the Bamberg Cathedral, the Old Court and the New Residence.
The model on a scale of 1:200 is made of bronze and equipped with Braille.
